Hi, I’m Lisa Paden, the founder of The Personal Gifting Co. I grew up with a passion for making things beautiful. I’ve always loved giving friends and family gifts, entertaining, and making those I love feel valued and appreciated. 2002, I took my passion, a few gift baskets, some ribbon, and my creativity and founded The Personal Gift Basket Co (now known as The Personal Gifting Co).
I created The Personal Gifting Co with a clear mission to create and deliver high-quality, artisan gifts and exceptional customer service to every client, no matter the cost of the gift, making us unforgettable.
I promise to make gifting an unforgettable experience for both the giver and the receiver.

In spring 2024, Lisa opened her gift shop and studio in Foristell, Missouri. When she’s not creating beautiful gifts, Lisa loves cooking, baking, and entertaining her family and friends. She is wife to her husband of over 25 years, whom she describes as “the most awesome man on Earth and my biggest cheerleader,” a proud mom to four amazing humans, and “nana” to the best granddaughter ever. Lisa’s background, passion, and love for her family helped shape The Personal Gifting Co.
Lisa’s educational background is in business marketing, and she worked for several years in corporate America helping financial advisors stay top of mind with their customers. She saw firsthand the impact it makes on a business actively caring for their customers, giving customers a reason to remember them. Lisa took the leap and founded The Person Gifting Co. to help other businesses and individuals make themselves unforgettable.
